"Country Manager Role

Poker Heaven is looking to recruit country managers in key European territories. Main responsibilities will include:

To effectively manage a marketing budget and to create marketing initiatives to recruit new players
To Represent Poker Heaven in all of the major online communities – forums, blogs, notice boards and to recruit forum scouts to respond to queries in regards to Poker Heaven
To represent the brand at live events and to look at recruiting sponsored players at a low cost to further increase the brand awareness at events that cannot be attended by the country manager
To establish partnerships with local poker clubs and tours and to investigate new live poker playing sponsorship options available to Poker Heaven
To initiate contact and to sign-up local affiliate sites
To manage the local Poker Heaven sub-domain site and to assist Poker Heaven’s web development team in improving the local SEO of the site
To produce player profiles, testimonials and educational articles
To come up with relevant rake-based promotions to incentivise high raking players
To work on poker room specific promotions and to manage the initiatives – freerolls, leagues, bounty tournaments, STT leaderboards
To form direct relationships with local casinos and to investigate running satellites for local events. To possibly look into creating an event to be filmed for television
To investigate local media buying options – online and offline
To produce local press releases and to build up a list of contacts

Profile/Experience

The ideal candidate must:

Have an in-depth knowledge of poker, experience of playing live and offline, and a thorough understanding of the local and national poker scene in their region
Have a passion for the game and a genuine ambition to promote an online poker site in their territory
Have a background in sales and/or marketing
Have competent IT skills, with a clear understanding of financial reporting
Be able to commit to 25-30 hours per week to work on promoting Poker Heaven

Remuneration

You will be paid an agreed monthly retainer fee
You will receive additional commission based on performance
You will have a set marketing budget to spend each month on promoting Poker Heaven. This will increase as business in your territory grows as we will reinvest a percentage of rake generated back into your monthly marketing budget, to allow you to market more heavily and earn more commission.

Ce qu'il voulait dire c'est que généralement quand une annonce pour un job est en anglais, c'est qu'il faut parler
couramment anglais. Mais je pense que tu le voulais juste pour infos ?

Sinon moi ça m'interessait lipa, je t'avais d'ailleurs envoyé mon CV par mail. Smile
